Manufacturer Warranty

GroIndoor.com is an authorized dealer for every product that is available on our website. All products we sell are brand new and come with manufacturer's warranties as applicable. The manufacturers have guaranteed us and our customers protection from defective products as part of our dealer agreement. Warranty claims are processed by the manufacturers directly.

We are always here to assist you in contacting the manufacturer or getting you more information.

We understand that when youre in the middle of a grow cycle and time is of the essence, you may need something replaced immediately. If you need a replacement product that is covered by the manufacturers warranty, you can go ahead and put a deposit on a replacement product and we will ship the replacement product to you immediately. Once the defective product is received and verified to be defective and covered under the manufacturers warranty, the deposit payment will be refunded back to you.
